Componenta’s guidance for 2019

The expiry of the terminated customer relationship contracts will decrease the net sales of the Group in 2019. The net sales of continued operations in 2018 was EUR 120.7 million and the adjusted EBITDA was EUR 4.9 million.

Potential fluctuations in exchange rates, higher raw material prices and the general competitive climate may affect the business outlook. Changes to new accounting principles are not estimated to have a significant impact on future financial statements.
